About the Role
As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, coordinating the work of other carpenters and tradespeople. Your responsibilities may include interpreting blueprints, creating project timelines, managing materials and supplies, and ensuring quality craftsmanship. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or related field
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Strong project management skills, including the ability to create schedules and manage budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
