About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 per year
