A custom outdoor living space built around the way our clients actually use their yard. We started from scratch — new framing and footings, properly sized and code-compliant — and topped it with MoistureShield composite decking for a warm, low-maintenance surface that stays comfortable underfoot in Connecticut summers. The raised perimeter is finished with Trex Transcend railing topped by cocktail rails, adding a refined, contemporary line to the rails and giving guests a comfortable spot to rest a drink while they gather. The result is a complete, entertainer-friendly deck — generous table-ready surface, clean sightlines, and materials chosen to resist moisture and hold up through New England winters.
