Newtown Decking & Roof Addition
A complete outdoor transformation that tied a new deck into a covered roof addition. We extended the deck surface with Trex decking and rails, then bridged it to a roofed section that follows the home's existing roofline, so the addition reads as part of the original house rather than something tacked on. A picture-frame border with white PVC fascia gives the perimeter a crisp, finished edge, and the details — fascia, trim, and rail caps — were all coordinated to keep clean, continuous sightlines from the house out to the yard.
